I am trying to make my waist smaller and make my hips and butt bigger (i want fat on my hips and butt not muscle) I saw on a talk show titled "bootylicious babes" one of the bootylicious babes said she used to be very skinny and she did it by eating alot of food and only doing an upper body work out including alot of crunches. is this possible? and if not how do i achieve my goal? I am 23 yrs old 5'3 154lbs. Does anyone know what will work??
